Information Technology Services (ITS) supports the ¹ú²ú͵ÅÄ community by delivering reliable, accessible, and service-oriented technology solutions that enhance teaching, learning, and university operations. From classroom technology and computer labs to event production and account support, we provide responsive assistance and well-maintained systems to ensure a seamless experience for students, faculty, staff, and guests. Through the ¹ú²ú͵ÅÄ Solution Center and services like Media Support and equipment rentals, our team is committed to meeting the everyday technology needs of the university with excellence, clarity, and care.
The Solution Center
The ¹ú²ú͵ÅÄ Solution Center is a unified support desk for Campus Facilities and ITS. We are ready to assist in topics ranging from transportation reservations, general maintenance requests, ¹ú²ú͵ÅÄ account access, computer support, and general university service needs.

Media Services
Media Services provides comprehensive support and maintenance for the following:
- Large Venue Event Spaces
- Classroom and Conference Room Technology
- Audio and Video Live Recording and Streaming
We are proud to support the ¹ú²ú͵ÅÄ community by ensuring all technological aspects of events and learning environments run smoothly and efficiently.
In addition to internal support, Media Services also offers:

These services are available to the ¹ú²ú͵ÅÄ community and to third-party organizations hosting events on any of the ¹ú²ú͵ÅÄ campuses.
Classroom Technology
All ¹ú²ú͵ÅÄ classrooms are equipped with a standardized technology configuration designed to support seamless instruction and presentation. Each classroom includes:

- Podium Computer – Fully equipped and ready for use

Computer Labs
There are four computer labs located on the first floor of Ryan Library: Wasson Collaborative Learning Lab, Hughes lab, Language lab, and Main lab. All these labs are designated for classes and general student use during library hours. In addition, there are department-specific computer labs located in various places on the Point Loma campus. Hours and availability vary by location.
Printing is available in the Ryan Library computer labs. To manage your printing funds, go to , where you can see your current funds and add money to your SeaLion$ account.
